Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to orders placed in the VÌCIO app.

1. Cancelling or changing your order

Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel or change it. If you need help with an order, contact the branch or contact us with your order number.

2. Cancellation by VÌCIO Café

VÌCIO Café may cancel an order, for example if an item cannot be prepared. When we cancel an order, the full amount paid is refunded to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

3. Partial refunds

Partial refunds are not made.

4. Collected orders

Collected orders are not refunded. If there is a problem with your order, speak to the branch team or contact us with your order number.

5. Declined payments

If your payment is declined, the order is not placed and you are not charged.
