These terms apply when you use the VÌCIO app, create an account or place an order. The app is operated by [registered company name], CR [CR number], [address], Kingdom of Bahrain ("VÌCIO Café", "we"). By using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Your account

  • You register with your mobile number, which we verify with a one-time code.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed with your account.
  • The information you give us must be accurate and your own.
  • You can delete your account in the app. Your personal details are removed; order records are kept anonymously for accounting.

2. Orders and pick-up

  • Orders are placed in the VÌCIO app for collection at the counter of the VÌCIO branch you select. We do not offer delivery.
  • You can choose to collect as soon as possible or at a later time on the same day.
  • Menus, prices and item availability can differ between branches and can change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • When you reach the branch, tap "I've arrived" in the app to let the branch know you are at the counter.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Bahraini dinar (BHD) and include VAT.
  • You pay by card through our payment gateway at checkout. We do not store your card details.
  • Your order is sent to the branch once payment is confirmed.
  • If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and you are not charged.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You cannot cancel or change an order once it is placed. Cancellations by VÌCIO Café and refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other accounts or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Liability

We take care to keep the app available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, VÌCIO Café is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date on this page shows when they last changed.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
